Bad Rear Hub?
I slid the rear end of my 5th Gen into a curb about a month ago. Since the acident there has been a odd noise coming from the RR. Sounds almost like a low pitched humming sound. It gets more noticable the faster you drive.
The shop in town said it was a warped brake rotor, but I just replaced the rotor this weekend and the noise is still around. Could it be a bad hub? What exactly are the symptoms of a bad hub?
Thanks for the help.

Assuming he has rear play in the rim, does that mean that he should replae the rear wheel bearing? I have a simmuliar issue that sounds like there is a woobeling at lower speeds. I also have a slight amount of play with the rear rim... what do you think that issue is?

Alignment isnt that far off, I lowed it, so its about -1 degree of camber and in spec on toe. Odd thing is it started this right after the curb incident, and has continued after an alignment.
Also, I have tried switching out wheels and tires so I dont think thats it.
