Default tire rubbing in the front

i just put kyb agx's and h&r race springs on my car. when i take turn alittle bit harder then i would normally take a turn i can feel and here something rubbing the tire. i took my wheels of in the front and looked in the fenderwell and you can see like three different places where the tire has been hitting, not on the fender but in the fenderwell. what can i do about this to get it to stop, i really want to push my car and see how good it can handle but everytime i do it i feel like im damaging something. i talked to on of my freinds he has an rsx with tein ss and he used to rub, he said for me to get and alignment and it should stop atleast it stopped for him. o and i have a 99' gsr with 15" fat fives and 195/55/15 tires

Stock springs would do the job.

Something is bent, broken, weak or installed wrong.

Whats the offset on the wheels? Lowering may have caused a wheel with a wrong offset to start causing problems.
