Can you fit 1999 accord seat into a 1991 accord back an front? will the door panels fit

 

im almost sure they won't....without a LOT of modification. lets say not worth and why?

 

I agree, not without a lot of modification would they fit.

Also FYI, VTEC is not spelt with an "h" at the end unless you are refering to the phone.

just to add to what the others have said:
1. at best, the front seats will require a bit of modification to fit.
2. the rear seats will definitely not fit- the 99 accord (6th gen) is much wider than the 91 accord (4th gen)
3. the door panels will not work, as the inner door handles are a different shape, the door locks are in different locations, and the doors are longer on the 6th gen than on the 4th gen.
