how much to repair front end??
hi, this is my first post on ht, but not my first post on a forum...
but anyway i was hoping some of you could tell me how much it would cost to repair the front end on a 96 integra. I might be picking up one next week. I did an estimation and the cost i came up with was about 1000 bucks, this includes: cf hood, fenders, bumper, bumper support/absorber, radiator and radiator support, and lights. Is this about right or can these parts be found cheeper somewhere??
TIA

As far as a cheap solution to new and used parts, I'd say e-Bay is usually your safest bet. Will you be doing the labor yourself on this repair?
And welcome to H-T btw, it's a wonderful site with very helpful people.

yea, im gonna try to do the labor on my own...if not, off to the body shop it goes.
and i was thinking if im going to spend that much, why not go for the jdm front end?

well for a JDM front end, u could find one for about 1800 non-hid. and thats just the parts alone. to get it installed its recommended that you have a professional body shop to install it for u (unless u have the knowledge to). your best bet is to go to a local junkyard, and scrap the parts u need. just dont go to the dealership to get the parts
, itz hella expensive

You can get one from a reputable shop for like 1650 for non HID these days.
