Default about to buy an EG shell

hey theres a guy sellin an EG shell for real cheap. the only thing is it has front end damage, he says the readiator support needs to be replaced, and the rest of the front needs to be pulled out a little....

do you think fixing this would be hard and costly?

i know its hard to say without pictures of it but is most front end damage easily fixed or..

if the motor works at all. just tie a chain/strong rope to front frame and reverse, or no motor, have truck hook up to ur rear tow hook and have him pull....

Frame work is pretty technical and you need to be "On the money" when you are straightening a frame. I would imagine that it would be somewhat expensive to have it fixed, but if you are planing on turing it into a project car, then I would consider keeping it and just getting the work done to it.

If all else fails you could probably just strip the car, and sell the interior parts on Ebay and then just dump the shell off at a junk yard.

You can. Depending on how bad it is. You can do something like 'JDM-Civic-Hatch' said. My friend cemented four hooks into the ground, "clamped" down the car to the those hooks (front crossmember and rear suspension) and then used hella strong rope with ratchet attached to a tree to pull it out. ****, this is how some shops here do it. Not the best way, but cheapest. I say if your suspension looks good, crossmembers, controls arms, etc., looks good this is the way to do it.

Good luck.

If you want it to track straight, IMO i would spend the money to let a professional do it.
