cleaning tinted windows

Any suggestions on how to clean tinted windows that have gunk and paint overspray on them or am i just screwed?

i would have to say that you are screwed. the only thing that you can safely use to clean tint is anything ammonia free and im not to sure if there is anything out there that wont eat the tint that is ammonia free.

I would say just get them re-tinted.
