I recently have begun to do research on a tuning company or tuner, for my race-car build.

I found one topic on this company, but little answer's were there for my need.

I was curious to know the shop's customer quality?

If you have personally had your vehicle (preferably honda) tuned there with any type of EMS you may have?

The time it took?

The "customer" service? (Polite, rude, ********... not very helpful..etc.)

The facility itself? (You can actually tell alot about a company, on the apperance of their shop, I found that out the hard way)

If there is a "TuningConcept" Rep on this site, you are more then welcome to add your input, that would be most appreciated, however I will not go with your recommendation as you are of coarse for your company and not against it.

Those are my questions for now, I am sure more will arise as the disscussion continues... Any help would be great Thank You.
