do you have connected your dashpot diaphragm?
Hallo,
i have a question to all b16a turbo guys, do you have connected the dashpot diaphragm to the charge pipe as it is in the stock na setup?
for my understanding this vacuum connection puts a little throttle under vacuum conditions.
what job does the check valve do in this vacuum line?
in my setup this line is disconnected so i have zero throttle under high vacuum, maybe thats the case for a jumping rpm under idle at cold wather?
so the main questions are:
1.) do you have connected this vacuum line in your turbo setup?
2.) can a dissconnected line from the dashpot diaphragm couse a jumping rpm under idle?
3.) whats the job of the check valve?
Thanks
Malte.
