Here is a clip of me racing a ford lighting at carsbad before they closed down in SD.I ran a 13.6 with that pass. I posted this because my car is down right now and I miss it.
This is what I had in the car.

96 stock gsr head
skunk 2 manifold sucks ***, type R throttle body
b18a block with pr3 pistons
99 b16 tranny with 6 puck unsprung clutch
2.5 DC headers

I was on bald BFs so i was only pulling 2.2-2.3 60 foot.
I was supposed to run on slicks that day but then we had a problem with the slicks. So, I had to run on the cheap bald tires.

ahh now the video works nice run i was thinkin of doin a quick cheap ls/vtec build myself got all the parts might as well do it.

 

if you decide to do lsvtec make sure u do the bottom end correctly or your motor will blow up

Yea man I'm with clean rice there is no way those tires are bald. Unless they are some sticky icky *** bald shoes man.

they were bald BFGS they had like..30 percent left...

 

Either way the car ran pretty good.

i was launching at 6k on slicks i launch around 7 or 8

 

what is your best on dr's and slicks ? ET and MPH

 

the only time i ran on slicks was when my engine was stock. i ran a 13.2 at a 96 or a 98 i forget the slicks were 14 inch baby slicks on 14 inch steelies.

my best on DR is on the video you see that was a 13.6 pass with some bolt ons
