Default blown motor have to rebuild

alright heres the deal i got a JDM 98spec ITR and i spun a bearing (#1 and 4 to be exact) and screwed my crankshaft, bent a rod, and also screwed my piston and this all happen racing and then got worse cause i didnt notice until later on..
But now my question is because basically my options on rebuildin it r endless and i cant really decide if i should go with the type R style and stay NA or if i should just go again and lower the compression to about 9 and go for turbo. If anyone as any suggestions as to which might be better let me kno.. Just about any helpful in for is wanted..

Most of everything you will need is there, good luck on the rebuild.

I've got a stock crank and stock rods I can sell you if you are on a budget.
