Default K20 R motor, what kinda power

im currently in the market for a new car, and iv been looking at a Dc5, i was wondering what kinda power are you guy putting down with what mods, i searched and didnt come up with much

im mainly interested in answers regarding K20 jdm dc5r motor swap, what mods get what power, im not looking to go crazy with mods, i dont want to spend alot of cash, but i hear that these motors react well to mods,i just want to know how well, i havent really paid attention to rsx's for a while

its down to a rsx and a S2000, i know their completly different cars

Well the jdm itr motor comes factory 220hp but those engines respond so well my boy did the swap w/ intake exhaust and hondata k-pro and got the car tuned and he dynoed 210whp just w/ 2 boltons. I mean the s2000 is phat also but that comes factory 240 hp but its very expensive to hook up, i mean I love both cars but you get more props w/ an S2000, but then again you will be able to keep up w/ the s2000 w/ the k20a motor and a few boltons.

Yeah but then again your choosing between FF and RWD. You gotta love donuts and drifting. Go S2K, if you have money. Why would you do a JDM DC5 itr motor swap into an rsx? Seems like a lot of money just to get a motor with 20hp more. (I know its not just 20hp, its the LSD, 11.5-1 compression, itr cams and pistons, and ECU that make it great but is it worth it?)

They tried drifting an s2k in last months honda tuning due to the lack of torque it didnt do 2 good but I still like the S2k its just status

i've heard pro drifters talking about how the s2k's suspension was a little too perfect..so i dont know about that..its kinda based on preference..you cant expect lots of torque from a small engine. if you want a RWD machine with lots of torque..get a mustang..want a small engine and good torque?? turbo it.
