SCCA does not publish them online however I have an exerpt at work that covers the cage rules. If you haven't found anything by Wednesday I will send you the file.

In regards to a cage however my best advice is to get in touch with Mitch Piper in Manassas. He is a cage-building god.

How does one get in touch with Mitch Piper? Does he have a shop or something in the Yellow Pages? Thanks
