I just got a 92 Civic VX hatchie (for 800 bucks!!!) and i was gonna do a power window conversion. I was thinking of getting doors off a 92-95 Civic EX coupe, but a friend told me that the doors were different.

Prove me wrong....need to get PW asap. thanks guys

 

Tell your friend he doesn't know ****. All 92-95 civic doors are interchangable with the exception of the Del Sol and 4 door civics.

 

I think the only difference is the ex model (maybe si?) have tweeter holes
in the door panel and side pockets too. Those are the only differences. You might also have to get different interior handles because when I fixed my lock on my VX I found out it has a different handle and plastic handle casing than all the other hondas from that year.

 

thanks....i thought so. i also want power mirrors and everything....is it easy to install once i get the EX doors? i searched for a DIY, but nothing was too helpful. If anyone has any suggestions, that'd be great....and if anyone is selling 92-95 EX doors, let me know....thanks!!
