Default Adjusting Headlights

I have a 00 Civic Si and I just put in new bulbs and I noticed that my headlights are aiming weird. I know that on the 96-98 civics theres a bubble gauge that shows you how the bulbs are aiming, but on my civic there is no gauge. How do I accurately aim my lights? BTW, my car is lowered so I know that has a small affect.

Theres a bolt that you can turn behind the headlights. You will need a 10mm wrench.

You can get it close by yourself. Point them at a wall and have at it.
If your a baller, there is a machine that you can use to get them almost perfect. The body shop i used to work at had one, it was neet.

So for my car, I just have to do it by eye against a wall pretty much?
And dont you just use a screw driver? Theres 2 places u can adjust..up/down and left/right

There are also little levels on them, so that should help. Be sure to have someone or something that weighs as much as you in the driver seat when you do it though. I neglected to do that.

Edit: You CAN use a screwdriver, but it's much slower. Just get a 10mm socket and do it that way. Much faster and easier.
