Default What type of label material do you use for switches on your race car dash

Searched and found nothing.

My dash is carbon, in a sort of retro-60's Mini-Cooper oddball thing, so something appropriate to that era would be nice. Something that looks nice, is easy to read, and doesn't fade or fall off. Stick on would be best. Laser etching won't work in case someone was going to mention it...

i use a ptouch too and it works out great, you could always lay something on the cf and do a clear gel coat over it or something to that effect

IMO, you want to go with the oldschool type that raises the letters and colors them, not a new type where it just prints on the label.

Champ Car's Conquest Racing apparently recommends the Brother device.

My guess is that the end of the quote is "..& DON'T CRY ABOUT THE HELMET MESSING UP YOUR HAIR YOU STUPID WHINY FABIO-WANNABE!!1!!!11"

I heard that it is used primarily when describing handling problems to the engineer, especially when dealing with rookie drivers such as Fabio.
