Wow Its pretty crazy i gained alot of high end. With my suspention tricked out in the back. I like two thumbs up! You guys should try it if you ever go racing or something. V-tec makes you cry and just driving it at low rpms you vibrating 24/7. But obviously not good for daily driving but you know. Anyways yeah see you guyz later just some 4-1-1

hey when you ran open header did you throw any check engne lights? i know the cat has a o2 sensor, so did you throw any check engine light? i pulled my muffler off and noticed a little difference. so i would figure that if i ran open header it would haul *** well get back to me on this.

Running open header would require removal of the cat/downpipe, so the CEL definitely had to come on.

 

Well the cat is connected to the header and there is an o2 so u cant exactly pull the cat off. i pulled off the piping right after the cat and bolted it up to the top portion of the cat so im running straight out of my cat which is pretty much open header. Ur high end pulls like a bitch low end is lost a little bit obviously because there is no back presure but launch high and let some air out of your tires and ur good. i launch at 5500 all day. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. peace
