I am talking specifically around 89-92 civics/accords...the models in those years, I am looking for the most hp-accord engines are bigger than civics (ive heard) but i dont know if the accord bodies are heavier (with 4 doors) so Can anyone set me straight, I want the one that is the quickest-thanks

 

Civic. With less weight you need less power, and each horsepower "goes farther" in making you quicker, if that makes sense. The Civics handle worlds better than the Accords as well, and have much greater aftermarket support.
