Default k series valvetrain in b-series?

has any one ever tried using k20a2 valves and/or valve springs in a b18 yet?
i know it sounds crazy, but i have seen much crazier(i.e., small block chevy valves cut down for a toyota 22r).i know the valve and the spring is taller, but the valves could be cut down.the springs are probably to tall, but they seem to fit otherwise and are much stronger.again,i know it sounds crazy,i was just curious to know if it had been tried yet.

i thought about trying f20c springs and retainers. they are single springs on both sides. looked like it would work, but the springs are too tall though...it would have made for a good stock parts setup.
