Default best way to clean the inside of a manifold?

well my manifold is totally done now..im really happy how it turned out. i have about 20 hours in it though (kill me please) i learned so much that im sure if i had to do it again i could easilly cut 5-6 hours off.

anyways.....after all this cutting, grinding, filing, sanding, porting, etc etc.......does anybody have any good sugestions on getting all of the crap out of the inside? each peice was cleaned individually before it was welded..so its not real bad...but i know there has to be some little crap in there. should i just use brake cleaner, degreaser, water, and air compressor? i plan on having this manifold jet coated as well....i wonder if they do any kind of cleaning process before they do that? any sugestions would be great! Thanks in advance!

brake cleaner and an air compressor. You could bead blast it and get most of the surface blemishes off.

If it's going to be jet hot coated then i'm pretty sure they blast it before hand so some carb cleaner before it gets to them should be plenty.
