b7 and z6 intake manifolds

Default b7 and z6 intake manifolds

are the intake manifolds from the z6 and the b7 the same?

Again , NO. look at the two side by side. you will notice the runners are longer and thinner on one than the other. Ideally the Z6 I/M flows much better than the B7 however they use the same size T/B. you can run a larger T/B as long as you port match the I/M.

thanks guys. i guess i'll put my old a6 intake back on and begin the search for a y8. i think this z6 one i have is unusable and i had one from a b7 on a friends warped head that i thought maybe i could use. i could see they looked different, i just wanted to be sure. appreciate it.
