NEED HELP! '00 SI harness ECU plugs!

NEED HELP! '00 SI harness ECU plugs!
I just bought a 2000 civic SI engine harness OBD2b and there is only 3 plugs on the ECU side. There is supposed to be 4 right? 1 goes to the dash , 3 go to the ECU correct? Always 3 plugs that go to the ECU. Why is there ONLY 2 plugs that go to the ECU on this harness??? All thge 99-00 civic's I have seen had 3 plugs that go to the ECU,this harness does not look modified at all! Looks like a untouched engine wire harness from a 2000 Civic SI....

There are 3 ecu plugs in a 99-00 Civic Si. Two are on the engine harness, one is part of the cabin harness.
The 96-98 Civic's had all 3 on the engine harness. I hope you're not trying to use a 99-00 Civic Si harness in a 96-98 Civic..

I have a 99 civic DX, 97 GSR motor, OBD2-1 conversion harness, 95 p72 GSR ECU. How am I supposed to do this? please help!! Will these parts work???
