my moms hf's idle is boucing up and down between 1000 and 1400 rpms. Its also boggin down around 1800 rpms, like a small flat spot and then it clears up around 2200. Ive cleaned the EAVC and still nothing, Plugs are alright to. thx in advance

 

welcome to the club mine does the same thing, the idle and the boging, I just deal with it cause it's done the idle thing before and it went away after a while. Really annoying though when your stopped at a stoplight.

 

my 90 hf did that. i sprayed the throttle blade with carb cleaner. that fixed the idle problem. i slill have the flat spot. good luck

 

when i had my 89 Std hatch it did the same thing till i got a new well used EAVC sensor!
