I'm leaning towards a 2000, or 2001 lude, but if a 98/99 one in good shape I may consider as well.

1) how much does a 2000 or 2001 lude cost now with the estimated 12000 miles per year usage?
2)which year lude came with electron blue pearl ? auto? manual? or both?

3) I really want a white one with oem kit, but hard to find at low mileage.

lastly, does the 98 /99 lude have a different front than the 2000/01? (I mean the little grill above the bumper, where the front of the hood lineup with?)

cant tell you how much they go for....because lately ive seen them go anywhere from 10k to 17k plus youre on the other side of the country.

the 99+ came in EBP and its the year that the front mesh grill changed. 97-98 is the same and 99+ changed. all preludes 97+ came in 5spd base, 4spd sportshift (auto) and 5spd type sh.

 

99 and up has a honeycomb grill and 97-98 has a straight line grill

 

and electron blue only came in 2001 i believe
