Default Bad oil smell / white smoke burning off valve cover

My 92 Prelude Si is giving off a bad oil burning smell that permeates inside my car from the vents after driving it for a bit. I believe it's coming from the valve cover since I can see some thin white smoke floating off of it if I pop the hood after a drive. Its not excessive smoke, but enough to notice, and the smell is pretty damn bad from the inside. I recently had a valve adjustment done at a shop and talked to the mechanic there, and after taking the valve cover off, he said he didn't really see anything wrong. I had him use some hondabond to reseal on the valve cover before he put it back on too.

My valve cover looks like it may leaked oil on it after a drive, and I do burn a little bit of oil, but not too much.

What should I look at to be causing this problem?

Thanks

the valve cover is leaking.....if you just got it taken off and put it back on then its easy to narrow it down to that....hondabond wont do the trick, you need to get a new valve cover gasket....

It was actually leaking before I had my valve cover removed. However I can see traces of dried up oil around the edges of the valve cover, so I figure it must be leaking somewhere from there.
