Default S2000 RIMS

Does anyone know if they will work on a 01 Prelude? The front are the same but the rear have an offset of 7.5 . What do you think??

s2000 front rims offset is 55 and will not fit on your lude, you will need wheel spaces.

s2000 rear rims will fit perfectly as they have 50 offset.

Will the rear wheels work on the front then?

You have to use 4 front wheels from the s2k the rears wont work.

s2000 fronts: 16x6.5 +55 offset (same as stock lude wheels)

s2000 rears: 16x7(?) +65 offset

it depends on the look you want.

are you going for the homie'd out south tucson gangsta on daytons look or the stock look?

if you want it to fit stock then keep the 55mm offset no matter what height rim.

yeah, but 18x8 +55mm is going to rub quite a few things in the wheelwell.

Your best bet is +45 to +50. i'm on 17x8's +48, with 215/40/17 tires and there's no rub.

however, a different tire size may be enough to cause some rubbing. btw, i'd very much like a different tire size because 215mm is not nearly enough tread width for 8" of rim.

You are incorrect about the front rims for the s2k. 55++ tucks perfectly for the lude. The rears is what you need spacers for. I have Mugen MF 10s that is ment for the S2k and they tuck perfect on my prelude

is it just me, or do the s2k wheels look odd on a 5th gen? improper. I have seen some on a 4th gen that look rather swell, however..

Thanks for the help everyone!! Especially the pics - I have to agree, the SH do look better - I didn't realize the S2000 look curved - that's the exact reason I don't like the stock rims. I'm looking for a clean, 5 spoke rim.
