If you are running an h22a or h22a1 the stock injectors are already 345cc. If you have put all the mods you want to put on your motor, and you have gotten it tuned and seen that your injectors are just barely maxed out, then go with the 370's if you are sure that is all you will need. If not, my suggestion is to try and find some 440cc peak and hold injectors or if you're really goin all out get some RC 500cc peak and holds. If you have a h22a4 then your stock injectors are saturated and you can find RC 440cc's. From what I've heard, RC injectors are more reliable than lucas injectors but I haven't heard any horrible stories about lucas injectors so its all up to you and your wallet. But dont just buy bigger injectors unless you have tuned and see that you need them. Good luck hope that helps some

well look at this i bought an h22a4 motor on my 4th gen prelude but i put my old injectors from my h22a1 peak and hold 345cc on my h22a4 is that good or bad cause i know that the h22a4 originallly had the saturated ones.

p13 ecu + stock 4th gen resistor pack = a1 injectors

from everything i've heard, peak and hold injectors are better because they open and close faster and more precisely. The stock h22a4 injectors are 280cc saturated so you probly have plenty of fuel flowing with the stock a1 injectors. Don't buy bigger injectors til you get dynoed with all your mods on or close to all your mods on and then only if your injectors are maxing out. Injectors don't need to be changed unless you have something that really needs all the extra fuel. Hope that helps.
