OT: Vancouver Importfest - Anyone goin'?
As you may or may not know Importfest is tomorrow and Canada Place. I have entered my car in the show with clubintegra.net here in Vancity. Not looking to win anything but more looking to meet some local peeps who share the same hobby(addiction) as me, as I have only talked to people through the internet and not in person. I have been to many as a spectator but never really been involved. Looking forward to meeting anyone that plans on going. Just thought I'd share my excitement as this car show thing is a whole new territory for me.

i wonder if white rocket got home safe, because the last i heard, was that his fuel injector o-rings were leaking

Show was alright. Nothing special. Glad to be involved and meet some peeps.
Yes, I did make it home. A friend of mine has a flat deck so I called him up and he came down to get my car. When he arrived, Vader wanted there Skyline towed as well, so up went my R and behind it was the Skyline. The truck is a four car carrier so it looked dope with both cars on the deck. We had a big audience for the load up. Anyway, first drop was Vader then over to G5 with my car. Major props to Wayne for looking at and fixing my car on the spot at 2:30 in the morning.
It was a good event all in all. Saw some old buddies I haven't seen in almost a decade.
