Default OT: Rear bumper removal and piece above it? ::Help::

Does anybody know a definitive way to remove the rear bumper? I also want to remove that piece of metal on the back where the "Type-R" sticker is. Is that bolt on.

I am just hoping that I dont have to remove the rear taillights. Also, I used to have the manual on PDF format but i cant find it. Thanks for the help, im trying to fix what I can of when I got rear ended earlier this week.

I remember doing this long time ago on my DA teg, and I think you do have to remove the tails...someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I've done this probably 10 times. PM me and I'll tell you step by step how to go about it. You don't have to remove the piece that says type R on it.
