6th Gen Accord (4cylinder) Cold Air Intake Installation Questions
Just installed a Cold Air Intake for a 1999 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder. The Intake was purchased off Ebay: No Name Brand.
QUESTION:
1. Anyone have pics of the mounting points for the brackets that hold the intake tubing?
2. How do you prevent rubbing the intake tubing from the AC lines and Ignition wire connection by the dizzy.
Thanks in advance for replies...

I have a '99 4-cyl... AEM short ram. Sorry, but no pictures.
I had the same issue with the A/C lines. I couldn't find a way around it, so I went and got a 3 inch long section of rubber hose (from a local hardware store, they just cut a small section off for me and didn't bother to charge me). I sliced the hose open lengthwise, wrapped it around hte A/C line directly underneath the intake, used a couple zip ties to secure it in place, and voila... It's not noticeable, stops all vibration noise, and stops the A/C line from wearing a hole in the intake piping. (It had already worn a nice little groove into the piping.) It's been 4 years now and no signs of problems.

I'll get a pic up tomorrow for the L-bracket, and hole I used. Apparently, there was one under the stock airbox. Came up with the idea of reusing it as a support for the intake, and it turned out perfect.

Pictures are eh. Took them just as it was getting dark, so lighting is kinda shitty. But you get the idea.
What I would do is just move the bar a little farther back, then cover it with some type of cloth material/covering to protect the piping. This should easily support the CAI if positioned right.
