I currently have GAB shocks with the stock Type R springs - but I'm interested in getting some stiffer springs. The GAB shocks require a lot of travel so the car needs to stay fairly stock height - maybe 1/2" - 3/4" drop would be okay.

What springs would you guys recommend and what rates? Car is driven primarily on the weekends now, lots of autox, and maybe 2 track events next year.

not sure what the GAB's are rated for, but the spoon springs and the kg/mm springs lower the itr like 20mm. the rates on both those springs are not too much higher than stock. should work ok with the GAB shocks
