I would like to know if anybody has heard of people hooking there radio arail up to the heater in the rear window?
I so how good was it and how do you hook it up.

Interesting idea, but does it work well?
You loose functionality of the defogger.

You disconect both of the wires going to the window defogger.
Buy an antenna or an antenna extention cable that will reach from the radio, route through the interior, and up to the defogger connection.
Hack off the end of the cable.
Strip the cable - you will have rubber, shielding wire, insulator, and then the core antenna wire.
Strip down all the way to the core wire.
Hook the core wire to the defogger.
Make sure the standed shielding wire is taped up and doesn't touch the core wire or anything at all.

I want to know how well the defogger works as an antenna!
If you do the mod, please give some results on reception and stuff!
My rear window has tint so I can use the defogger anyway.
