i've been looking for a company that makes a front lower spoiler or airdam, skirt, whatever, carbon fiber, plastic, fiberglass, it doesn't matter, the whole problem is, i just keep getting all these companies the make the entire front bumber, i just want a piece the hangs down on the bottom of me existing bumper, to cut the wind from underneath me. does anyone know of a website or company that makes/sells these items, i just haven't had any luck??

I think it's a hell of a lot better than the "home depot" version and it is based on the RRG and SBMS designs with the bumper ducts incorporated as my own addition. If you want to just order the part and be done with it, check out the RRG or SMBS designs (they are a little different, so you might like one over the other).
