What header your using? Comments?
I have a Greddy 4-2-1 header on my b18c1. IT helped me put down 191hp and 137ft/lbs. Although It is hurting my topend a bit. Id post a pic but we-todd-did is down.
I have a Dynamic Autosport "mugen" copy, though it looks more like a jdm itr one without all the brackets on it, but i like it and for the 299 dollars i spent its a great deal IMO, the only drawback is that it hangs low on my b16...

i am using an dc 4-1 that i got for free and its great on topend but u dont want it for low end at all and i would post pics but i dont have any

Running an AN-R 4-1 after running a dc 4-2-1 that was dented TERRIBLYon my h22(left front wheel fell off goin down the road). with the dc it made 185 whp and 156ft/lbs. Hav'nt had a chance to dyno or tune but the AN-R just feels more refined, revs smoother. can't tell anything from the butt dyno, but I've never been good at that anyhow. Also it sits too low and had to modify to make it fit....John
I was using the JDM DC, and more recently the Dynamic 4-1 on my poor mans ITR set up, and they both seemed ok, but I switched over to the AN-R header this past week, and the difference is night and day. The header is incredible, made a very noticeable difference.
Rub it in why don't you! I need to stop being a cheap *** and get me an an-r compact, now that im getting a daily driver i can give up the a/c in my eg.

I have the usdm dc 4-1 on my ls. I don't know what everyone is talkin about "no low end" on the 4-1, I didn't seem to lose any. This header is probably one of the best flowing out there for the money, and gives sick gains in the high rpm range.
Look at the A/C clearance!

RMF customer header with 4-1 merge collector and jet hot coated.
Nearly 10 more peak hp on my motor than a JUN 4-1 header. I love it.
