Now that I have my CF hood. I have a few questions.
I picked up my hood for $150.00. New in miami. Installed the hood on my 95 hatch. I had a fitment issue with my strut bar. It was expected. I had the same thing with my stock hood. I dented the stock hood support and this worked ok.I ended up removing the bar, for the cf hood install. It was a fake mugen. I will need a bar that runs straight across without an arch if possible or only a slight one. Any ideas on who makes one?
Q. Do I need to install the rubber trim from the front of the stock hood onto the cf hood. I removed the strip but the the holes I found in the cf hood didnt match up and there where only a few. I don't know if these are only for the molding process on the cf hood or where actually there for the strip of rubber. I transfered the two rubber bumpers from the front of stock hood onto the cf one. Q. Was this correct?
The washer nozzle holes are too small. I guess I will have to drill them out. Q. What is the correct way to do this. Should I place tape on the top of the hood and drill from the top to the bottom, Working slowly to increase the size as needed?

Use a dremal and do it really slowly! this way there is no chance for you to slip with the drill bit or crack/chip the carbon fiber. just slowly "mill" it way.
It's a place called cbwheels. It was 150 plus tax so it came to $160. They charge $150 to ship. But they allow pickups.
They will open the box for you to inspect the hood before you take delivery.

when i did my buddy's hood i used a small file and filed it away dont have to wrorry about cracking and crap.

gsr strut bar goes strait across.
Does it work? I would assume so, why else would honda waste moeny to mount these on gsrs?

Strut bar guys. A sway bar wouldnt even get in the way of a hood
As for a new bar, I have this one and it fits pefect. It's a nice one piece unit as well.

i use a nail file when it comes to carbon fiber.. you have to file it down.. i would only use a dremal if there is a lot of filing.. dremal can crack ****
I'll have to take off more than what a nail file would do. Maybe a small sanding drum or stone on a dremel at low speed.
I'll look for a gsr stock strut bar.
