I ran across this on Autotrader the other day and just by chance it is in my town and I have been looking for a HB for a while. It is at the Subaru dealership and he told me $4200 out the door. Should I buy it or is the price a little too much?

Yeah it is real clean and I really like it but the price is my problem. I could get it if I wanted but I rather not pay that much for it. I tryed to talk him down but he would'nt come off the price because he said "It look's new".
Yeah I don't know why it dos'nt have power windows, same thing I was thinking.

Edmunds has it at $25-2600, You can do better than $4200 by far!

It is clean but the price is high for that kind of mileage. No 92-95 hatch had power windows from the factory.

Thats way too much for that kind of mileage I think. Its about to flip 200kmi on it. Its in nice shape, but I'd talk them down a bit.

i paid 1500 for my 93 cx hatch but i got hooked up from a friend...i was looking for a hatch b4 i got it from my friend and the prices all ranged from 2k-5k...
but uhh if that dealer is saying "it looks new" bring up the fact that the thing has helllllllllllllla miles on it..the car is over 10 years old...but the thing is youre buying from a dealer and the prices are usually inflated because of the comissions and parking space fees etc...i wouldnt pay that much for that car ..maybe 3.5 at the most but thats pushin it
