I have a 88 crx si and when im driving it theres some grinding/friction noise coming from my tranny.. If Im daily driving it wont do it, its just if im getting on it, and shifting faster the noise occurs. The noise happens into 2nd and 3rd. Also it gets kinda sticky when I try to put it in reverse, I can always get it in, but its just not as smooth. Any advise or suggestions from you guys would be appreciated. Would you suggest changing the tranny fluid .. idono .. help me out, thanks.

 

Sounds like somebody is in need of GM Synchromesh.
