okay i have a 98 civic ex and i replaced the ignition switch and still nothing, it doesnt turn over and the dash lights doesnt come on. i tested the battery and it is good. any idea what it could be or does anything else go bad on the civics. any help would be appreciated thanx oh and headlights and dome lights does come on

 

How are your battery connections? Nice and clean? Or are they crudy and corroded? I would also take a look at your fuses too make sure none of them are blown.
