All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

NEED SOME ADVISE LS/VTEC OR GSR

Default NEED SOME ADVISE LS/VTEC OR GSR

ok this is what i am working with i have a 98 ctr motor in my eg coupe the rod took a **** and put a whole in my block enought said i have not took my motor apart yet i am hopping my ctr head and pisteons are good

no here the deal

should i get a gsr bottom end and put my ctr head and my pistion in that

or should i get a ls and put my ctr piston in that and my ctr head

good help is hard to find so i turn to honda-tech thanks and what do u guys think

is the head off the block yet?? what kind of damage do you have internally?

the head may also be damaged. why did this rod go??? what happened? you may not be able to use the head either

ok the head is good thanks god the pistons is also good the rod cam loose of the crankshaft one blot got loose and broke the rod in half the block looks like some one took a shotgun to it so what do u guys think gsr or ls

This really is a question of personal preference and how many $$$ you want to burn. I would personally go with the LS/Vtec.
