Default Pioneer Avic-N1

Anyone here have the Pioneer Avic-N1? I'm seriously thinking about dropping the dough and picking one up. How is the Nav function? I heard that it has guages programmed into it as well, is that true? And that it can time your 0-60, 1/4, 1/8 etc... I just heard all of this through some guys in class who were talking about it. Anyone else got some better info on it for me? Thanks

best thing about that unit is that once you load your destination, you can take the nav disc out and put a dvd in. all you have to do is hit the nav button to change back to the nav, because it has a built in memory.

yeah it does all that, and it will tell you your g-forces around corners. it will only do 3 gauges. and you don;t get to pick them, i know it does speedo, i think it does your rpms, and one other.its a ******* sick *** piece. i've put 4 of them in. there tight, the nav on them is pretty good, but for the price with it comming with everyhting that it has you can;t beat it, and i haven't had any problems with them yet. i'm sure that one or two will arise but haven't seen any yet.

Pretty weak voltage output for amplification...That's the only downside.

Great EQ for fine adjustments though. You can always go with an external unit that amplifies signal, that would remedy the situation.
