Check out either an apexi catback, dc sports cat back or a magnaflow cat back. My suggestion would be to go with either 2.25 or 2.5" tubing and upgrade your cat (especially with the h22) because stock piping goes down on the accord to 1.75 or 1.5" .

All of the exhausts I listed above are not going to break your bank and are decent quality w/ a nice exhaust note. Search under exhaust for more information along with the basic guide .

Apexi World Sport or Greddy. i have greddy myself and its a lil loud but not so loud that it attracts too much attention. If you get a Prelude SH header, you will be able to bolt up the cat-back right to it. I figured that out after i had a cat and everything custom welded on my car.

id say start pricing custom stuff in your area. buy a dc header, 2.25 pipe straight back without a cat. might be kinda cheap depending on where you live.

i had an apexi ws mated to a 2.25 inch carsound cat and a Greddy header on my H22 swapped accord. it sounded great if you like the quieter tone and made very good power on the dyno.

whatever you do don't go custom and don't buy generic stuff it will sound like crap.

i have a tanabie super hyper medalion and the low tone it has is very nice. i had a tanabie racing medalion before and that was loud as hell. this new hyper medalion is very nice.
