Default disconnecting ABS on 93 gsr integra

Ok here is the problem, my friend's trailing arm (ABS) got damaged in an accident and the only one that is available locally is a non-abs trailing arm assembly off of a 91 integra rs. We have tried to swap over the wheel hubs but the torque screws in the back are stripped and rusted. He was wanting to just disconnect the ABS by pulling the fuses (the 20a green fuse, the 15a and the other 20a). What would be the best approach to this situation? He doesnt mind not having abs anyways. Thanks in advance ... Chris

Do you mean the screws holding the rotor on the hub? Its the hub that has the ABS notches. Too bad you can't drill out the screws and use a puller to remove the hub. The ABS is pretty complex. If you disable or remove it, you will get a CEL plus the ABS modulator also serves as a proportioning valve to distribute brake force between front and rear brakes. If you get rid of ABS make sure to install a stock proportioning valve from a non ABS car. Its probably a lot less trouble in the long run to get that ABS hub off the old trailing arm or buy a new ABS hub.
