motor mounts

i have an 95 sohc d15b
the problem is the motor feels like it is jumping out of the car. torque mount on driver side is kinda blown out.. is this the cause for my problem.

well if its "kinda blown out" id sudjest you change it and throw some es bushings in while your under there.
