It was raining heavily yesterday and my car start to have problem.
When it start in the cold,it runs without any problem at all but after driving it for awhile, the rpm will go up and down and the engine stalls.I only can start it after I give it some gas.The car also won't go pass 4k and when it does,it will create backpressure and the car start surging.

Is it hydrolocked or something?or is it because a bad fuel pump?

 

sounds like the ignitor is going bad or you might have moisture in your dist. cap.
