I have a 1994 Integra GSR and I had a smog test a few days ago. Even though my check engine light was on the guy at the test only station still tested my car. I failed the 15 mph test but I passed the 25 mph test. Today I got the code from my ECU and it was code 17. What does the VSS do and would it cause my car to fail smog?
