Default high idle comes and goes after b16 swap in 90 civic

So I finally got my car running decent, but I have a high idle that comes and goes. When I first start it cold, its up at like 3000, then after it warms it goes down to like 1200. But if I start it again, when its warm, it goes up to 3000 again and then comes back down after a minute or so. And after I took it for its 2nd test drive I was pulling into my garage and it was back up to like 3000 and then when back down. Any ideas guys?

never mind guys I fixed it.

Seach function

For future reference it was that valve under the TB with the two coolant lines running to it. ftiv valve or whatever the **** it is. just take it apart and screw it back in and no more high idle.
