Hi guys. I'm pretty new to the scene and to the msg board. I got a 98 SI "EX in the US" coupe last summer and since then have been feeling the need to be faster. i DO NOT want to get a swap in there for now so i am looking for some ideas of what i can do with the stock SOHC V-TECH engine. So far i have a CAI / DC 4-1 headers / Feilds V-Tec controller / By spring time i should have a Cat back exhaust / Some sort of Lowering Springs, and a Zex Street/Strip Performance camshaft. After this i don't really know where to go. I would like to keep the car N/A. Like i said i am pretty new at this so if any of you can help me out it would be apreciated. Thanks!

 

upgrade the ignition, and fuel system. also get a cam gear to tune your cam.

 

yea upgrade the igniton and fuel systems, also, if your not scared of pulling the head off port and polish that....and its VTEC not V-TECH

 

GS-R or SI Engine? juss my thought

P&P and get a Skunk2 cam gear.

 

Here's a few ideas: Change the cam, raise the compression, bore out your throttle body, change the crank pulley.
