bar certification is not up to the installer, any engine can be bar'd as long as u have all the vacuum lines hooked up correctly and the car passes the sniffer, search some more for passing the bar/ref

whatever you do DON'T go to hookups in the Upland/Ontario area...they are frikkin horrible and irresponsible!!!!! ask me more if you want to know....
