Default Budget B18C5 buildup....

I am kind of on a budget right now w/ car payments and everything on the Type-R. But, i was curious what your opinions were on a all motor build up for the R. I want to spend about 1500 or so either on the valvetrain or the bottom end, i dont know which. I want decent gains, btw its a daily driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have knowledge to where you can do the labor work yourself? if so, that 1,500 will get you some hp, but if not then forget about it. 197 whp is ill, I'd go with that set up!
