Default code 43?

hi guys. wondering if you can help me. My husband (apex i itr) is on his way home and my car threw a code 43. Does anyone know how to remedy this? We know that it's a fuel system issue but we're not sure which part. Thanks in advance

i accidentally disconnected my o2 sensor one day and code 43 came up along with the o2 sensor.
