Default Timing Adjustment urgent help..

I got a 93lude vtec, the motor isnt running right. I already adjust my valves. When i take off on 1st gear, it wouldnt have the quick respond, the rpm would fall back and rise slowly. The motor is shaking and the muffler exhuast seems like it not breathing right, it would shoot exhuast out like a machine gun..

opposed to?? not sure. But then again, i started to have this problem when i was driving in the moring, the engine just shut on me. It happens copule of time..anyone know why??

o yeah, i just found out that it isn't my wire, i unplug the #1 plug and it has no effects. I was thinking that #1 cylinder is not working or something
